January, 2006.    In March 2004, President George W. Bush and U.S. Secretary of Commerce Donald Evans presented the 2003 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) to MEDRAD, Inc. (Indianola, Pennsylvania), a worldwide leading provider of medical devices and services that enable and enhance imaging procedures of the human body. April 27, 2004.   (Tempe, Ariz.) - The Institute for Supply Management(tm) (ISM) presented the J. Shipman Gold Medal Award to H. Ervin Lewis, C.P.M., at the 89th Annual International Supply Management Conference and Educational Exhibit in Philadelphia on April 27, 2004. The J. Shipman Gold Medal Award is the supply management profession's highest honor. The award was created by the Purchasing Management Association of New York in 1931 to honor Johnson Shipman, a pioneer in the profession.
